This Luxury duplex was co. construction with Prymearch Limited, the commencement and handing over of client key span across a duration of 5 months between January 2024 and May 2024. Nearly one of the biggest and classic edifice in Umuahia, the structure encompass a waiting room, executive void over living room, excellent dinning area, exceptional kitchen space, 6 well spacious bedrooms, roof top and a swimming pool, The project was faced with some challenges but was delivered within the stipulated time frame.
