4 BEDROOM DUPLEX WITH AN ATTACHED BQ
DESCRIPTION:
The design and execution of this amazing structure was completed in 2025 with features such as 4 bedroom with all room en-suite, spacious living room and dinning area, family lounge, gym and functional terrace. The design incorporates both modern and local architectural styles, making it an ideal blend of contemporary luxury and Nigerian culture. The building is set in the bustling mainland area of Lagos’ most upscale neighborhoods. Exciting features also include spacious car park space. The project faced challenges with local zoning regulations and tight deadlines but was successfully completed on schedule.
